Asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled like pure smoke. The lobby needs a lot of work. The front desk guy did a phenomenal check in.

Honestly the best rooms for a great price. When you are stuck in the. Hotel Hop as I call it. This place bring a little bit of home back to you when you don't have one. Thank you for the awesome staff and amazing customer service.

Great place! Room was rather small but immaculate and had pretty much everything you needed. Full refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Beds very comfortable. It was very nice! I will definitely stay there again.

literally this place has saved my sanity a few times. i stay during their switch from candlewood to sonesta, while inbetween apartments. i get family/friends a stay here when visiting me in town, and myself sometimes if i just want a spacious get away. centrally located, with helpful staff and always a clean room! thank you sonesta, yall are simply the best! a special simply amazing compliment sent to robert tony. so helpful

The staff were great. The hotel was a little on the older side. The room was nice since it had a kitchen area which was nice. But somehow the room we stayed in have this funky smell. Overall it was a nice place just didn't like the smell.

Very comfortable, convenient for about basic necessities. One caveat, TV service was almost none! I saw PBS News, my Grandson PBS Kids, the other few options were old movies and TV Shows. So bring your Kindle and read a book, is much better for you!

When I booked the room the picture depicted 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Booked it for 3 people. Was given a 1 queen bed room with a recliner. They wouldn't switch the room because I booked through here!!!!!! Wanted me to purchase another room!
